UNDERSTANDING MEDICAL CARD BRACES COVERAGE IN ILLINOIS

The Medical Card (also known as Medicaid, Public Aid, All Kids and Tarjeta Medica) is an Illinois State Aid Program that offers public assistance for children that are in need of dental care, including oral surgery, tooth extractions, and orthodontic treatment. Oftentimes, finding an experienced dentist that accepts Medcial Card coverage in Illinois can be a challenge. Many dentists, orthodontists and dental clinics limit the number of Medical Card patients that they will see or, in some cases; limit the types of services they offer to patients covered by Illinois Medical Cad insurance. Medical Card Orthodontics, a division of Den-Care Smile Center, is proud to be a premier provider of general dentistry, oral surgery and orthodontic treatment for children covered by the Medical Card in Illinois.
